WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

We ship orders across India and work hard to get your MomsBound order to you as quickly as possible.

Our estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days, depending on your location. During peak periods, weekends, or promotional offers, delivery may take slightly longer.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Yes. Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive an AWB (Tracking Number) via SMS or email.

You can use your AWB number to track your shipment through our Tracking Page.

WHY IS MY ORDER BEING SHIPPED IN DIFFERENT PACKAGES?

If you've ordered multiple items, they may occasionally be shipped separately depending on product availability and warehouse location. This allows us to get your products to you as quickly as possible.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER GETS STUCK OR LOST IN TRANSIT?

If your order is delayed, returned, or appears to be lost during transit, please contact our support team through our Contact Us page.

We'll work with the courier partner to investigate the issue and help provide the best possible resolution. If applicable, we'll arrange a replacement shipment or assist you according to our Return & Refund Policy.
